Set in the Spanish court in the 17th century. King Felipe IV in a short trip with the Count de la Peña Andrada, is stunned to see Marfisa's naked body (with red stockings), a prostitute from the Villa. After this discovery, the king decides to contemplate the naked body of his wife, Queen Isabel of Borbon.
Based on the novel "Crónica del rey pasmado", by Gonzalo Torrente Ballester.
