The Last Time I Saw Paris

 Shortly after the end of World War II, Charles (Van Johnson) returns to Paris where he reminisces about the years he spent living there after the city's liberation.
While working at the newspaper "Stars and Stripes" aspiring to become a great writer, he met Helen (Elizabeth Taylor), a beautiful young woman with whom he fell in love and made his wife. Little by little, his economic situation improves and he decides to try to write his great novel by frequenting the bohemian environments of Paris. This will come between him, his wife and his daughter...
