The purpose of this documentary is to show Africa from the point of view of Africans. Instead of a continent marked only by misery, war and sadness, the film presents the joy and the optimism of the African people. It portrays visions of men and women from Mozambique, Tanzania, South Africa Senegal, Malawi, Morocco, Swaziland, Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde and Ghana.
