Synopsis:

At Clearview, a village in the southern of the United States, strange images of streaks appear on televisions and produce a hypnotic effect on the elderly and children, who begin to wander the streets like zombies. When the signal turns off suddenly, a violent collective reaction happens, and the army has to intervene.
