Synopsis:

Marie-Line is the head of a cleaning unit that works nights in a supermarket. His team is composed only of women, most immigrants and not always with the papers in order. Everything suggests that Marie-Line and its employees have nothing in common. She is obsessed with a job well done and shows severe with his small group of workers.
