 It is the documentary record of a day at the Neurosychiatric Hospital of Asunción, during the tyranny of General Stroessner. Three perspectives are combined: the camera makes a
vivid travel, integrated as a visitor to the place, while a professional explains causes and characteristics of the disease, and on the other hand the patients themselves also contribute their concepts, their emotions, their song, to give their particular focus.
