Synopsis:

In a neighborhood of old Santiago, a group of women motivated by fear of being victims of crime, are organized into a Committee on Safety and Citizen Prevention. Suddenly, the installation of a new prison and the rumor of a crime occurring in the vicinity of the neighborhood, shakes the daily tranquility.
